HMC has a 7-day reporting protocol, this means all unit standards are marked and reported to NZQA within 7 days of your completion of the assessments or any resits which are required.
Your official Licence Controller Certificate is sent from Service IQ after your successful completion and takes between 2-3 weeks to be delivered by them.

We’re NZQA registered and accredited and are the principal trainer of liquor licensing in New Zealand.
We offer expert learning for the hospitality industry, training managers and staff from 2 locations in Manukau & Auckland City. (Units 4646 & 16705) 1 x Full-day: 9.30am to 5pm LCQ training runs every Tuesday on a weekly basis. The venue alternates weekly between Auckland City and Manukau. All prices include GST, certificates and NZQA reporting. Courier and urgent service fees may apply.
