Head of Department – Early Childhood Education

We are looking for a Head of Department to lead the Early Childhood Education team for our Manukau Campus.

Reporting to the General Manager, this position has overall responsibility for the departmental oversight including pastoral and line management of relevant tutorial staff, programme management, moderation, student welfare and ensuring KPIs, EPI outcomes and government reporting are all performed to agreed levels.
