This professional development short course is designed to upskill new or aspiring managers in centre of home-based ECE services.
Each block will be practical and relevant with a focus on developing and supporting managers in everyday tasks applicable to working and communicating with staff, planning and preparing according to ministry regulations and maintaining quality assurance.

The course is split into 3 blocks, with 7 hours of delivery for each block.
