This course combines the professional training and Food Control Plan (FCP) theory of the Level 3 certificate with the Practical Observations. It is perfect for the day-to-day manager or delegated person assigned to ensure the FCP is followed. This is the full qualitative course for you – if you have the budget.
When you complete this training you will learn:
- hazards that cause food-borne illness and food spoilage
- methods used to control these hazards
- to maintain effective personal hygiene when working with food
- to prevent cross/contamination
- to measure, record, and act on temperature of high-risk food
